When do flo Shuttle operate?
Our shuttles operate in the highest possible frequencies, seven days a week.
When you start to book, select your transfer date and you will see the transfer options for this day.
We suggest travelers book shuttles to the airport 4 hours before their flight to ensure they arrive 3 hours before departure and have the advised time to clear security. After booking, we will provide an accurate pickup time from your hotel, but please be ready 15 minutes before this time.
Where do I find the vehicle at the airport?
On your email confirmation, you will find instructions and in some cases a photo of the meeting point where you'll find the representative in the airport.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
If your arrival flight is delayed, Please call the 24/7 emergency number on your voucher ahead of time, and our team will try to accommodate you.
When will I be charged for my booking?
Payment will be taken immediately after you have booked in our website.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each shuttle passenger is entitled to bring one small bag onto the bus and place one larger piece of baggage into the luggage compartment under the vehicle. Please note that we can not guarantee there will be space for extra baggage, and extra baggage might be subjected to extra cost.
Private transportation is provided with the full vehicle capacity at the disposal of the customer. An indication of vehicle capacity is provided on the vehicle selection page.
I do not have a printer. Can I show the voucher on my phone?
Yes, no problem
How can I book for a baby?
Babies should be booked in the same way as adults - by selecting an extra person in the booking process. Please note that we are unable to provide baby seats.
Can I change or cancel an existing booking?
We can change your booking date, time, or dropoff / pickup location without charge, or change the booker name, but shuttles are non refundable.
